We manufacture small (2� x 3 �) catalog envelopes up to large (13 x 18) catalog envelopes and many sizes of booklets and catalogs in between. Custom sizes and special windows are standard for us. For your convenience, we have over 130 high dies, 150 window dies and over 50 steel rule dies. Champion Envelope can convert almost any type of paper up to a 65# cover. And, of course, we have the ability to add latex, kleenstick and remoistenable gum. With our Halm offset presses we can print at a rate of up to 60,000 envelopes per hour.
